Knowing to compete, the word to the expert
The lawyer Giacomo Falsetta deals with out-of-court consultancy on maritime and transport, insurance, port and international trade law. He is a member of the Italian Association of Maritime Law (“AIDIM”); since 2015 he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Youth Group of AIDIM and of the International Propeller Club – Port of Genoa. He also worked in a firm specializing in shipping, transport and insurance law. As part of his career he was secondment in New York at the law firm DeOrchis & Partners LLP, specializing in Admiralty and Maritime Law.
