Full container (FCL):

FCL (Full Container Load) shipping: means that you pay for the shipment of an entire 20 ‘or 40’ / 40hc container.

  • Importing an entire container of goods guarantees you the cheapest possible price (per cubic meter of imported goods)
  • It also allows you to optimize the packaging and arrangement of goods in order to make the most of the container space
  • This is a relatively safe and fast method as you won’t have to share the container with other importers

If you intend to import goods for less than 15-20 cubic meters (i.e. the volume needed to fill at least 50-70% of a 20 ‘container) renting an entire container is not economically viable. In this case it is better to share a container with other small importers who are in the same situation as you

Full container (FCL):

FCL (Full Container Load) shipping: means that you pay for the shipment of an entire 20 ‘or 40’ / 40hc container.

  • Importing an entire container of goods guarantees you the cheapest possible price (per cubic meter of imported goods)
  • It also allows you to optimize the packaging and arrangement of goods in order to make the most of the container space
